Originally formed in 1999, Melton Table Tennis has grown from humble beginnings to a stable club with an increasing membership and presence in the community.
An inclusive club, our membership is drawn from the wider community and includes people from different cultures and with different abilities all brought together with the common love of table tennis.
Our club coach, Chris Addis has previously ranked in the top 50 players in the world in the Class 4 Wheelchair division, and another of our members is currently in the Victorian Para table tennis team.
A former club member, Brett Clarke is the new National Head Coach of Table Tennis Australia.
Melton Table Tennis run 3 10-Week seasons each year. Our Selection Committee grade players and allocate teams to one of our 4 grades. This gives everyone an equal chance to compete evenly and have a chance to win.
Together with Finals and Club Championship matches, we can offer 39 weeks of competition each year, plus the opportunity to play in challenge matches against other clubs.
If you don’t have your own equipment, we can assist with bats to borrow or good quality starter bats to purchase.
Players of any age can participate in competition or just have a friendly hit.
